Description:
In 2012, artists Mike Perry and Josh Cochran put a call out on the internet requesting people to pose in the nude for a marathon drawing session. The result was two 12-hour days spent drawing more than 40 models, followed by a one-night-only exhibition. The duo are reprising the idea for a weekend- long drawing and art-gazing extravaganza over two days this month (1/25 and 1/26) at Kinfolk Studios in Williamsburg. Eight artists, 36 models and 16 hours of drawing will culminate in a one-night only exhibition. All works will be for sale and available for takeaway on the spot. If last year’s event is any indication, this will be a one-of-a-kind experience, not to be missed.”

Schedule:
Friday 25th:
4pm-12am Drawing (8 artists, 8 hours of drawing, 16 models with each model posing for 30 minutes at a time)

Saturday 26th:
11am-6pm Drawing (8 artists, 16 models)
8pm-12am Exhibition & reception with sponsored bar,DJ,artist meet & greet

Wandering Around Wondering is a free three-month community exhibition and series of events that will coincide with the launch of my monograph, published by Rizzoli. The event space will host workshops, screenings, gatherings, open discussions, and much more — conducted by me and a select group of design and illustration professionals. The space will become a dynamic environment for continuous creation, where visitors will be able to explore freely and create their own unique experiences.
